How It Works
Warm exhaust air from the kitchen enters the hood.
A traditional filter removes grease and particulates.
Energy is transferred in tubes from the warm exhaust air to preheat the cold incoming makeup air.
Your kitchen recovers warmth during colder months — significantly reducing or eliminating the need to heat makeup air.


Additional Features
During warmer months, the recovery hood automatically reduces or stops the amount of energy recovered. This provides precise heating temperature control of the makeup air at all outside air conditions. (See "Summer Mode" left)
Our modular design can be adjusted as required to accommodate the unique size needs of your kitchen. All designs allow for easy removal of the heat exchange coils to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
